Kingmach Dynamic Weighing System Arrives! Non-stop Precision Weighing Elevates Smart Transportation
Road traffic safety and asset protection are core concerns in the transportation sector — excessive overloading can easily lead to road surface damage and accelerated aging of bridge structures. Traditional overload control methods require traffic interruption, resulting in low efficiency, while traffic flow statistics and planning often rely on manual data collection, making it difficult to ensure data accuracy and real-time performance.

To address these challenges, Kingmach has launched its Dynamic Weighing System. This system enables 24/7 automated monitoring without disrupting traffic, providing precise data support for highway overload control, bridge protection, and traffic planning.
System Overview

The JMDW-3009 Dynamic Weighing System is an intelligent monitoring device specifically designed for traffic scenarios. Its controller is installed in a roadside cabinet and works in conjunction with pre-embedded piezoelectric sensors and induction loops in the road. It captures data seamlessly as vehicles pass normally, achieving real-time data collection without affecting traffic flow.

Product Applications
Based on its automation, high precision, and non-intrusive features, the system is extensively adaptable to three core scenarios:
1. Improving Off-site Law Enforcement Efficiency
Eliminates the need to intercept vehicles at dedicated overload control stations. Through round-the-clock monitoring, it automatically identifies overloaded vehicles and records critical information such as license plates and axle weights, achieving "unobtrusive overload management". This not only enhances the efficiency of off-site law enforcement procedures but also prevents traffic congestion.

2. Road & Bridge Structure Protection and Asset Management
Monitors the load of passing vehicles in real time, providing timely warnings for overweight vehicles. This helps reduce damage to road surfaces and bridges caused by heavy vehicles, extends the service life of infrastructure, and provides data support for asset maintenance planning.

3. Traffic Planning and Statistical Surveys
Automatically collects data on traffic volume, vehicle type distribution, speed variations, and more. It generates multidimensional traffic operation reports, offering a scientific basis for planning tasks such as road expansion, traffic signal optimization, and public transport route adjustments.
