Introduction:

The Vertical In-Place Inclinometer System consists of two parts: a multi-point tandem Vertical In-Place Inclinometer string and an orifice acquisition module. The multi-point tandem deep displacement meter is based on a multi-array MEMS inclination sensor design that electrically connects multiple Vertical In-Place Inclinometer string within the bore via a single cable. The acquisition module is used to collect the measurement data of the multi-point vertical in-place inclinometer string and upload the data via wired or wireless means.

 

Product Features:

1.The Vertical In-Place Inclinometer System is based on 3D-MEMS acceleration sensor technology and automatic temperature compensation technology, which effectively reduces the influence of temperature drift and power supply ripple.

2.Multi-Point Series-Connected vertical in-place inclinometer string of the moving instrument body part of the injection molding process, small and lightweight, through a cable to achieve the electrical connection of all sensors in the measuring hole, all the sensors in the measuring hole can be divided into up to 4 groups, each group independent communication, do not interfere with each other

3.Multi-Point Series-Connected vertical in-place inclinometer string is physically connected by the universal joint and the connecting rod, the length is produced according to the design requirements, and the position of the measuring point is flexibly arranged. Fully sealed waterproof and dustproof design, suitable for various construction environments.

4.The  vertical in-place inclinometer string in each borehole is pre-assembled at the factory with the body, cables, universal joints, extension rods, suspension, and acquisition unit according to the designed measurement point spacing, enabling integrated shipping and installation. Simply connect the extension rods on-site and insert the assembly into the borehole for a simple, fast, and convenient installation.

5.The ertical in-place inclinometer string  is internally configured with electronic identifiers and model numbers to enable automatic recognition and intelligent computation.

6.The data acquisition module incorporates one controllable sensor power supply output and four downstream communication interfaces, automatically identifying and performing intelligent computation upon connecting the vertical in-place inclinometer string.

7.The acquisition module is placed inside the inclinometer tube orifice, providing waterproof and dustproof protection, avoiding interference with on-site construction, and minimizing exposure to damage.

8.The low-power mode powers off sensors during standby and activates them only for data measurement.

 

Applications

This product is a high-precision fixed sensor for measuring inclination angles, designed and manufactured by our company, which is installed quickly. It adopts integrated installation. When leaving the factory, the number of measuring points inside the borehole is configured as a complete set. An inclinometer pipe can be installed optionally and embedded directly inside. It can automatically locate the placement direction of the sensor, which is simple and fast. It is especially suitable for measuring the inclination angles of multiple points inside a borehole and is suitable for monitoring the deep internal deformation of structural bodies.
