Intriduction
The JMDL-52xxADT differential displacement transducer operates based on two coupled inductive coils. The measuring rod simultaneously drives magnetic flux changes in both coils—equal in magnitude but opposite in direction. By calculating the difference between them, the system cancels environmental interference (such as temperature fluctuations), thereby providing stable measurements and significantly reducing thermal drift. The JMDL-52xxADT series digital displacement sensors are widely used for high-precision relative displacement or expansion joint monitoring in buildings, railways, hydropower projects, dams, and other engineering structures.
Product Features:
1. Inductive Frequency Modulation Design: Offers high sensitivity, high accuracy, excellent stability, and low temperature sensitivity, making it suitable for long-term structural monitoring.
2. Built-in Memory Chip: Sensor stores key parameters such as model, serial number, and calibration coefficient internally and permanently.
3. Full-Digital Signal Processing: Ensures distortion-free long-distance transmission and strong anti-interference capability.
4. Reliable Insulation and Waterproofing: Durable and well-sealed for outdoor and harsh environments.
5. Supports Unattended Monitoring: When connected to a data acquisition system (via bus module and software), enables remote monitoring and automatic measurement.
The JMDL-52XXADT Differential Displacement Meter uses two coupled inductive coils. As the measuring rod moves, it simultaneously alters the magnetic flux of both coils in equal magnitude but opposite directions. This differential design cancels out environmental interferences, especially temperature fluctuations, resulting in highly stable and precise displacement data.
It is widely used for measuring relative structural displacements and expansion joint movement in buildings, railways, hydropower facilities, dams, and other critical infrastructure.
