Description

The JMLS-22xxADT Wire Rope Displacement Sensor is a high-precision device that converts mechanical movement into quantifiable electrical signals. It features a retractable plastic-coated stainless steel cable wound around a spool, integrated with a precision rotary sensor. When the cable extends or retracts, it induces resistance changes, altering the output signal to enable accurate displacement measurement. Designed with compact dimensions (115mm×85mm×100mm) and a user-friendly structure, this sensor offers excellent sealing (IP67) and minimal temperature-induced error, ensuring reliability in harsh environments. It supports both linear and complex curvilinear (non-linear) displacement monitoring, making it versatile for diverse engineering scenarios. Equipped with 16-bit AD sampling and RS485 digital communication (baud rate: 2400bps), it includes a unique electronic code and lightning protection design for stable data transmission. Compatible with the company's automated test systems, it enables seamless remote unattended monitoring, ideal for long-term projects like dam monitoring and geohazard prevention.
