The Magnetic Ring Settlement Water Level Gauge consists of two primary functions: magnetic ring settlement detection and water level detection. The magnetic ring settlement detection component is designed based on the principle of electromagnetic induction, with magnetic rings pre-installed underground at designated measurement points via drilling. When the probe senses a magnetic ring, the instrument emits audible and visual alerts. The depth of the settlement ring is determined by reading the corresponding steel tape measure markings at the borehole orifice. The settlement amount at each measurement point is calculated by subtracting the previous measurement from the current one. The water level detection component operates on the principle of water conductivity, triggering audible and visual alerts when the probe contacts water. The water surface position is identified by reading the corresponding steel tape measure markings at the borehole orifice.
