The JMDL-49XXAT is a high-performance smart displacement sensor designed for precise monitoring of formwork systems and long-distance structural displacement. Based on patented inductive magnetic flux modulation technology, it offers superior stability, durability, and minimal temperature influence, making it ideal for long-term engineering monitoring with a 30-year designed service life.
Its non-contact mechanism (measuring rod and coil operate without physical contact) ensures robust performance during installation and operation, while structural and waterproof materials guarantee an IP68 protection rating-suitable for harsh construction environments. Equipped with a 20-point calibration curve for non-linear correction, it delivers high measurement accuracy even in complex scenarios.
As an intelligent sensor, it integrates a smart chip for digital detection, enabling distortion-free long-distance signal transmission with strong anti-interference capabilities. A built-in memory chip permanently stores model, serial number, and calibration coefficients, and automatically saves up to 600 sets of customizable measurement data (time, temperature, displacement values, etc.). Compatible with the company's automatic testing system, it supports unattended monitoring and remote control.
