Introduction:
The JMDL-31XXAT series Smart Multipoint Displacement Meter is used for measuring displacement in different layers of surrounding rock in tunnels, rock slopes, foundation pits, etc., to understand the displacement conditions of various rock layers. The product consists of displacement gauges, PVC measuring rod protective tubes, anchor heads, multi-point installation kits, etc., with the multi-point installation kit supporting 3-5 points. Installed via drilling and grouting, anchor heads at different depths are anchored to distinct rock layers. Its installation method is similar to rock bolt construction, offering simplicity and convenience. By measuring the displacement changes of each gauge, the displacement conditions of different rock layers are analyzed.
Product Features:
1. Designed based on the inductive magnetic flux frequency modulation principle, the product offers higher stability, reliability, and durability. The inductive frequency-modulated principle involves an inductive sensing element, integrated circuits, and resonant capacitors forming an LC oscillation circuit that outputs a frequency signal. When the measuring rod displaces within the coil, it alters the magnetic reluctance and coil inductance, thereby changing the output signal frequency of the oscillation circuit. As the measuring rod enters the helical coil, the magnetic reluctance decreases, the inductance increases, and the frequency drops. By selecting appropriate rod materials and optimizing the helical coil structure, capacitor, and circuitry, the output signal frequency changes within the rod’s travel range exhibit a precise linear relationship with displacement. Since the rod and coil operate in a non-contact state, the system is resistant to damage during installation and use.
2. The displacement gauge incorporates an internal memory chip with intelligent storage capabilities. Factory settings permanently store parameters such as sensor model, serial number, and calibration coefficients. It can save up to 600 instances of measurement data, including measurement time, temperature (for temperature-sensitive models), absolute displacement, relative displacement, and zero-point values.
3.Full digital detection ensures distortion-free long-distance signal transmission and strong anti-interference capability.
