The 8-Channel Digital Temperature Acquisition Module JMWT-8DTH is an 8-channel input digital temperature acquisition module independently developed and produced by our company. Each channel does not interfere with each other. It is used in combination with series-connected digital temperature sensors to form a perfect temperature measurement solution.
The acquisition module adopts a robust and beautiful aluminum alloy metal shell. It realizes multi-point acquisition, and a single module can collect temperature signals from up to 240 points. The acquisition module uses RS485 communication, and the supported sensor is the series-connected digital temperature sensor (JMT-36AD).
In Industrial Applications,The sampling circuit is isolated from the main circuit, effectively suppressing on-site interference. Watchdog circuit design enables automatic reset in case of unexpected situations. Isolated communication interface design avoids the impact of industrial on-site signals on the communication interface.
Full digital signal transmission allows users to directly obtain temperature data without tedious conversion, which is concise and efficient. Compared with traditional analog temperature measurement methods, it has many advantages such as low cost, high precision, easy expansion, and no drift in the normal temperature range. The acquisition module is easy to operate, convenient and fast, and is suitable for engineering fields such as construction, railway, hydropower, and dams.
