Introduction:
The automatic acquisition chassis adopts a standardized design and can be equipped with an automatic acquisition module + power module, including DTU and lightning protection module group. It is sealed effectively to prevent rain, lightweight and easy to install.
Product Composition：
1. Power module: Supplies power to the acquisition module /DTU/ sensor, converting the AC220V input to the chassis to DC18V.
2. Acquisition host: A universal sensor data acquisition and measurement device, used for multi-channel and multi-module automatic measurement;
3. Acquisition module: Test sensor data and convert the analog signals output by the sensors into 485/232 digital signals.
4. Signal lightning protection: Specialized lightning protection equipment for network, communication, optical cables, broadcasting, television, monitoring, video and other devices;
5. Lightning protection: Prevent lightning and other internal overvoltages from invading the equipment and causing damage;
6. Overload protection: When the current exceeds 32A and the voltage exceeds 380V, the fuse will burn out.
7. Air switch: It controls the power supply inside the chassis. In case of current overload or short circuit, it will automatically trip to protect the equipment inside the chassis.
8. Edge bevel design: It has a good waterproof effect;
9. Sealing rubber ring: Waterproof and dustproof;
10. Universal case lock: The keys for all cases are universal, preventing trouble caused by losing the key and being unable to open the lock.
11. Grounding wire of the chassis: It is a protective grounding to prevent leakage of electricity from the chassis, introduce excess charges into the ground, protect the equipment inside the chassis and prevent electric shock to people.

1. The chassis is equipped with built-in slide rails. Modules are placed into the chassis through the slide rails, making assembly and disassembly convenient and easy to replace.
2. The installation dimensions of the slide rails are compatible with all models of our company's automatic acquisition modules, allowing for free combination and matching of modules, with a modular design.
3. The internal wiring is uniformly hidden on the side of the box, with reserved connectors for convenient plugging and unplugging, presenting a neat and beautiful appearance.
4. The fixed bracket on the back of the chassis is equipped with key-shaped holes, which can be wall-mounted or clamped in conjunction with the mounting plate, making installation convenient.
