The Integrated Comprehensive Acquisition Module (JMZX-4/8GH-RTU) is an automated multi-signal comprehensive acquisition module launched by our company. It can collect data from sensors of signal types such as vibrating wire, voltage, resistance, and RS485. The module integrates a solar charging control circuit, lithium battery, wireless 4G module, parameter storage, data collection, etc., realizing integration of collection, power supply, and data upload. The product can be used in safety monitoring projects of various geotechnical engineering and structures (reservoir dams, bridges, tunnels, slopes, dilapidated houses, mines, nuclear power plants, and civil buildings, etc.), providing data support and judgment basis related to the current situation and safety of the project for engineering construction and operation managers. It adopts a portable design, featuring compact size, waterproof and dustproof properties.
Product Features:
1. Adopts a highly intelligent and modular integrated design, supporting automatic identification and intelligent calculation, and automatically calculating physical quantities (stress, load, displacement, temperature, etc.) and reporting them automatically.
2. Supports remote upgrade and maintenance, truly achieving unattended operation.
3. Uses a 32-bit microprocessor with powerful computing and processing capabilities, greatly improving system efficiency.
4. Supports external charging via Type-C interface.
5. Can access various types of sensors such as RS485 bus-type sensors, intelligent inductive frequency-modulated sensors, vibrating wire sensors, voltage signal sensors, and 3k thermistor thermometers.
6. Sensor interfaces all adopt an isolated design, greatly enhancing the lightning protection performance of the module.
7. Built-in 4G/5G all-network communication, supporting user SIM cards and IoT dedicated network cards (APN cards), and supporting data upload to internal network servers directly without going through the external network. It supports user-customized protocols such as TCP, MQTT, and HTTP, and supports data upload to specified platforms, with support for pushing to up to 4 data center addresses.
8. Low-power design. After setting timed collection, it automatically enters sleep mode during non-measurement time to reduce power consumption. Supports automatic timing and remote wake-up.
9. The module supports multiple collection methods such as real-time collection, single collection, timed collection, threshold-triggered collection, and active upload. The timed collection interval parameter is configurable (1min~24H), and encrypted collection can be automatically performed according to the threshold. It supports automatic storage of data when the network is disconnected. The built-in storage capacity supports saving historical data for more than 1 year, and supports offline transmission/rewtransmission functions.
10. The module integrates a solar panel and a built-in lithium battery, with a built-in solar charging control circuit, enabling long-term data collection. At a collection frequency of once every half an hour, it can work normally for 30 consecutive cloudy and rainy days.
11. Easy to carry, compact in size, waterproof and dustproof.
