A stable circuit relies on robust power supply design. The JMDY-1802AD Smart Power Supply Module is a multifunctional product featuring smart management of input and output. Compatible with 220VAC mains power, batteries, and solar photovoltaic arrays, it ensures uninterrupted power supply through automatic management. The charging system automatically selects between mains power and solar photovoltaic arrays for battery charging, delivering high charging current. It provides strong output load capacity with minimal ripple, along with input overvoltage protection, output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and sustainable self-recovery short-circuit protection. The device supports remote monitoring of operational data and enables remote control.

When connected to our company’s equipment and sensors, the intelligent power supply energizes data acquisition and transmission systems while enabling remote data upload and control.

Through remote commands, users can monitor and manage device operation, maintenance, and data information.

The Smart Power Supply Module is widely applicable to engineering fields such as construction, railways, hydropower, and dams, and holds promising prospects in industrial control, automation systems, test measurement instruments, and related equipment.

1. Equipped with various status indicator lights for intuitive monitoring of the smart power supply’s operational status.

2 . Supports power input from batteries, 220VAC mains, and solar photovoltaic arrays, with automatic switching management based on power availability. Prioritizes mains power when both 220VAC and batteries are connected, and automatically switches to battery power during mains outages.

3. Built-in AC power filter eliminates the need for additional external filters, significantly enhancing EMC performance and reducing system costs.

4. Nominal output voltage of 16VDC, with each output channel capable of delivering up to 3.2A current.

5. Supports dual charging modes (220VAC mains and solar photovoltaic arrays) for batteries, with a high charging current of 4A. Automatically tracks the maximum power point of solar panels, eliminating user concerns about worst-case scenarios and maximizing solar array utilization.

6. Features battery overcharge and over-discharge protection to extend battery lifespan.

7. Prevents equipment damage caused by accidental connection to high-voltage power sources.

8. Includes lightning surge protection to safeguard downstream circuits.

9. Multiple protection mechanisms: output overvoltage protection, overcurrent protection, and sustainable self-recovery short-circuit protection.

10. Enables remote monitoring and control of device status, operation, maintenance, and data through remote commands.
