The Temperature Acquisition Expansion Module JMWT-XXRTH is an extended test module launched by our company, specifically designed for measuring resistance thermometers and used in conjunction with the host module of the automated test system. Through one host module and multiple Temperature Acquisition Expansion Modules, it realizes automated tests such as real-time measurement, data storage, and upload of resistance thermometers. The Temperature Acquisition Expansion Module is equipped with a self-check function, adopts an industrial design, and features compactness, lightness, waterproofness, and dustproofness.
Product Features:
1. Industrial portable design, mold-based production, compact and lightweight, waterproof and dustproof.
2. Multiple channel specification options, flexible expansion and configuration at the project site. Multiple expansion modules are connected in series via a single bus, reducing the wiring length of temperature sensors.
3. Supports self-check function, automatically identifies which channels are connected to temperature sensors, and displays resistance values and temperatures simultaneously.
4. Wide power supply voltage range, low-power design, standby power consumption ≤ 0.5W. Ultra-low power operation can be achieved when combined with the host module for power control.
5. Fast data acquisition speed. Multiple expansion modules can be used for simultaneous measurement, and the data polling measurement method greatly improves the data sampling frequency of the entire system.
6. Lightning protection design, good long-term stability. The sensor and expansion module are completely isolated during standby to protect the sensor and module.
